This morning I woke up by the slightest sound of rain at 4:36 a.m, the time when I checked my phone, and the horrific realization came to mind that my sunroof of my car was open. I immediately popped out of bed, swiftly waded down the stairs, ran outside the front door, closed my sun roof painstakingly (it doesn't quite, well function) and realized I needed my keys to close the rest of the windows. The rain was picking up, and my Nyquil-ed body ran back into my house upstairs into my bedroom to get my keys, then returned outside squinting in the rain to close my already soaked car's windows. When arriving back inside my Dad was awake and was freaked out as to who was frantically running back in forth inside and out at 5 oclock in the morning. What a pain.

I was extremely sluggish today. Just ask my mom, I didn't do anything. She was really pissed at me for being so lazy and sick all day and "going out" tonight. Aka sitting in Panera for hours. The pain in my throat is back, and is accompanied by uncomfortable pressure in my lungs that makes me weezy. It also hurts to breath. Blah blah blah complain blah blah blah. I'm sick would sum it up just fine.

Too much time spent and I'm spent
There is an old meatball wrapped inside of tinfoil
Lying on the bottom shelf of our fridge
A lesson in how fleeting preservation is

  1. I know this is the wrong context... but I really like waking up to the sound of rain. :]
