I hate sitting in the same position for a long period of time, unless I am watching something interesting or reading a good book. Unfortunatley today this happened a lot. There was nothing on TV and I was my eyes were too tired to stay open or focus on the pages of a book. Besides none of the books I had to choose from intruiged me. When I am in the same spot for too long out of boredom, I begin to self loathe. One thing about being on crutches is that getting up is such a hassle so I've been trapped in my boredom and self loathing all day which really makes the whole experience even worse.

I hope that my summer begins to pick up a bit after graduation is said and done. I realized tonight how boring our stupid monotonous lives are. We go to someone's house and sit, and try to think of things to do, which either ends up involving Panera Bread or some other coffee shop or book shop were I will inevitably spend $10 I don't have. That's the tricky thing about living in a little Suburban town because it's hard to make things out of what you got. I'm sure we could think of a lot more creative things if we just put some effort in. Plus none of us ever get enough sleep because we stay up too late doing absolutely nothing of importance. By the time we think of something that could be fun we are too drained to do it. I need more adventure and excitement.

The song of the day is Lull by Andrew Bird. I know he was the song of the day yesterday but I don't care, get used to it. Watch the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iDud1qTLiGA&feature=related Its actually very strange and haunting.

I'm airbrushing fantasy art on a life
That's really kind of dull
Oh, I'm in a lull
